3. Employers speak with Harper, who gathers detailed job requirements and creates a comprehensive brief for each open position.
4. The Candidate Matcher retrieves relevant candidate profiles, filters them against job requirements, and assigns each candidate an AI-generated score from 0 to 100.
5. Employers receive a ranked shortlist of the best-matched candidates, making it easy to focus on top talent immediately.
