How do I authenticate my DocuSign account?
Click the authentication button in the DocuSign integration settings within CodeWords. You'll be redirected to DocuSign to log in and authorize access, then returned to CodeWords with your account connected and ready to use.
Can I use DocuSign templates with this integration?
Yes, you can reference and use any templates created in your DocuSign account. Simply specify the template ID in your workflow to generate envelopes based on pre-configured document layouts and field placements.
How do I know when a document has been signed?
CodeWords can monitor DocuSign envelope status changes in real-time. Configure workflows to trigger when an envelope reaches specific statuses like completed, declined, or voided, enabling immediate follow-up actions.
Can I send documents to multiple signers?
Yes, you can add multiple recipients to envelopes and specify their signing order. Configure whether recipients should sign sequentially or simultaneously based on your business process requirements.
Where are completed documents stored?
Completed documents remain in your DocuSign account and can be automatically downloaded through CodeWords workflows. You can configure actions to save signed documents to cloud storage services, databases, or document management systems of your choice.
