What are the three WhatsApp messaging modes?
Personal Device Beta connects your own number via QR code for full access without templates. Business API enables customer notifications with template compliance. Group automation builds community bots for polls, monitoring, and member management.
Do I need WhatsApp Business for this integration?
WhatsApp Business is required only for the Business API DM mode. Personal Device Beta works with regular WhatsApp, and group automation works with either account type depending on your group membership.
Can I send messages without using templates?
Yes, Personal Device Beta and group messaging modes don't require templates. Business API mode requires approved message templates for customer notifications to comply with WhatsApp's business messaging policies.
How do message triggers work across different modes?
